    The good: * Location: very close to Mt. Snowdon * Staff: all were very friendly The bad: * Beds: - Double sheets/duvet used on a single bed made it uncomfortable - Bed was wobbly and noisy; especially bad if you’re in a twin room where the second bed is up above the first bed - Sheet was stained on arrival * Amenities: - Not having a fridge was disappointing - Shower not good for tall people - The light in the mirror in the bathroom was not functional - Blinds do not fully cover the bathroom window, and you have to open the cupboard door to make sure that people can’t look in - WiFi speeds very bad (~5.0 Mbps download at most, but usually much less especially in the evenings; ~0.2 Mbps upload) and the connection is extremely intermittent - Plumbing noise from both our room and other rooms was loud * Service: - Beds not made properly when the rooms were cleaned; the duvet was literally just pulled over the sheets which had become untucked the night before because they are ill-fitting
